collect a minimum of 5 current (within the last 5 years) peer reviewed articles/studies annotated bibliography. The annotated bibliography must be relevant to your feminism in international relations
For example, my discussion post from the other week.
It got my thinking about how little presence females have in international and government roles, and how those positions have mainly been held by men and this view of how anything that pertains to the government and the military is masculine. Obviously with this day in age now that women/females have more of a foot to stand on and the support, especially here in the United States since our Vice President is a Woman. We are more or less open minded and more accepting of this type of change, but I am more so talking about other countries that still view woman/females as not equals and how they are barely able to break the stigma of woman/females being able to fullfill these masculine roles.
So in short, I propose doing a topic of the reason as to WHY it has taken the world so long to finally be more accepting. Whether it is because it is possibly something deeper, as is trying to protect us from the topic of “war” or just simply not seeing women/females as equal. “Feminism in International Relations”
