In this project, you will apply strategic management theories and practices to measure organizational performance. At the end of the project, you will submit a comprehensive executive summary and financial analysis of the technology corporation Oracle.
To start, conduct a financial performance analysis on Oracle. This should include a review of their financial statements, a ratio analysis, and an assessment of their financial performance. You should also provide an executive summary of your analysis to share with leadership and stakeholders.
Use Oracle’s consolidated 10-K reports, found through the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to complete the analysis. I recommend you begin by analyzing the 10-K financial reports using accounting and finance ratios. Then you should be in a good position to calculate some trends and forecasts.

An executive summary is an appropriate way to provide Thomas and the rest of Mi-ORG’s executive leadership with the main points of your analysis. Your summary should thoroughly explain your findings while remaining concise and easy to review.
Additionally, the executive summary should do the following, using the questions in your workbook as a guide:
summarize the financial analyses conducted in each step of the project;
identify and evaluate relevant revenues and expenditures, referring to your income statement analysis and considering which revenues and expenditures are most important to this potential contract;

explain what the ratios in your ratio analysis convey about the overall financial condition of Oracle; and
