Identify a social problem
Name and mission of the agency and history (don’t just cut and paste this info!)
Who does the agency serve
Why did you choose this agency
How would you think the agency could “advertise” better? How would you let students know how to find the services and help provided?
Apply any chapters from you text to include a minimum of 4-5 terms from your text; cite text and outside sources
Apply the 3 major theoretical perspectives (conflict, functionalist, and symbolic interactionist) to your topic.
What sub field of Sociology does your topic fall under? (culture, stratification, gender, family, elder and aging …)
Include stats / tables / charts on trends of population served historic and projected you may cut and paste date, however the interpretation/analysis must be in your words, cite your source for your data.
